Mr. Ingole, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a notification under Section 3C the petitioner's land to the extent of 15 R. land is shown under acquisition, however, in the award only 3.5 R land is shown. In fact petitioner's 15 R. land is acquired. Mr. Deshpande, the learned ASG submits that the petitioner can rake up his grievance before the Arbitrator under Section 3G. 2.

In light of the above, the petitioner may raise his grievance before the Arbitrator.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
