The record shows that so many last chances were granted to the appellants in the past and ultimately, vide order dated 10.01.2024, the present appeal is fixed for passing dismissal order. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the appellants. Thus, it appears that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal stands dismissed for default. Interim relief, granted earlier, stands vacated and CA No.7728 of 2019 also stands disposed of.
