1) Learned counsel Shri. Parag Barde for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners are interested only in expeditious disposal of two appeals pending with the learned Joint Charity Commissioner Nashik and on instructions he wants to withdraw the present proceeding.

2 WP 4676 of 2013 2) The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, direction is given to the learned Joint Charity Commissioner Nashik to dispose of the appeals bearing Nos.44/2012 and 45/2012 within three months. The period is fixed in view of the statement that both the sides have argued the matter.
