The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, an application at Page No.63 of the petition paper book, dated 02/06/2023, filed by the Petitioner before Respondent No.3/Superintendent of Land Records, Kalamb, Dist. Dharashiv, is actually an application made under Section 31-A of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947 (for short 'the said Act'). He prays for an early decision on the same.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.3 or any such Authority who is competent under the provisions of the said Act, to follow the due procedure laid down in law and after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, decide the said application for correction of clerical mistake of the Petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months.
