The learned advocates for the respective sides submits that as the learned Full Bench of this Court has delivered a judgment on 04.05.2022 in Writ Petition No.6752/2021, the impugned orders can be set aside by consent and the authority below which is empowered to deal with the grievance of the respective sides, can be directed to reconsider the issue afresh in the light of the judgment of the learned Full Bench.

In view of the above, the Writ Petitions are disposed off. The impugned orders are set aside by consent. The matters are relegated to the

( 2 ) 916 ca 333.23 office of the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad who would follow the due procedure laid down in law and deal with the issues before him after perusing the judgment dated 04.05.2022 delivered in Writ Petition No.6752/2021 (supra). We expect the authority to conclude the said exercise within 60 days. 3.

Pending Civil Applications would not survive and stand disposed off.
