The applicant herein is arrested on 14th April, 2015 in Crime No. 30/2015 registered at Dharur Police Station, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable U/Sec. 302, 498-A read with Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant herein happens to be the mother-in-law of deceased Satyabhama, who was married to the son of the present applicant in the year 2002. 3.

Prima facie it appears that, the main allegations are against the son of the present applicant. More over, the

2 cri appln 2610.15 applicant is a woman who is about 82 years old. In view of this and in view of the proviso to Sec. 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail.

O R D E R

The application is allowed.

2.

The applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousands only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 4.
