The petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee for deciding the tribe claim of the petitioner within a specific period.

The learned AGP has taken instructions in the matter, and this Court is informed that the vigilance enquiry is already conducted, and hence the tribe claim of the petitioner can be decided within eight weeks from today.
