In view of the advanced stage of process of election, in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no interference is called for.

As per the programme annexed at Exh. 'A'

only stage of recording of votes on 14.5.2017 has remained. In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the matter of Shri Sant Sadguru Janardan Swami vs State of Maharashtra and others, reported in AIR 2001 SC 3982, no interference is called for in the midst of process of election.
