In compliance with the order dated 04.02.2022, learned Judge of the trial court has now submitted a programme with outer limit to dispose of Special Case No. 8 of 2018. I am satisfied with the report submitted by the learned Judge of the trial court which consists of detail programme for examination of witnesses from 10.02.2022 and 11.02.2022 to 04.03.2022 and for statement of the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. from 07.03.2022 to 11.03.2022. The dates from 14.03.2022 to 17.03.2022 are reserved for argument and the outer limit is given as 21.03.2022 to complete the trial. 2.

Learned Judge of the trial court has however submitted a report pointing out non-cooperation from accused no.1 Sachin Kawade for proceeding with the trial in smooth way.

I have carefully gone through the said report. It appears that applicant-accused no.1 Sachin Kawade is in habit of filing applications after applications. We request Mr. Karpe, learned counsel for the applicant to give understanding to the applicant-accused. We also direct applicant-accused no.1 Sachin Kawade to extend full cooperation to the trial court for disposal of the case in expeditious manner as per the programme with outer limit submitted before this Court. We appreciate the manner in which the trial court has carved out the programme to dispose of the case by almost keeping the matter on board for day to day hearing.

Learned counsel Mr. Karpe appearing for the applicant-accused has made a statement before me that the applicant-accused no.1 Sachin will extend his full cooperation to decide the case in expeditious manner as per the programme submitted by the trial court with the outer limit.

We hope and expect from the learned Judge of the trial court to decide the case as per the programme with the outer limit. 6.
