Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.J. Ghute Patil, the learned A.G.P. for the respondents. 2.

The matter is with regard to the promotional order and purported action of reversion. The Original Application alongwith Misc. application are stated to be pending before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. It is stated that hearing of the same is scheduled on 11.6.2015. This Court on 15.5.2015 had directed the parties to maintain status quo with regard to the position of petitioner as Head of Department (Civil Engineering).

As the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is seized with the

wp5336.15 -2matter, we are not entering into the merits of the contentions of either of the parties. The interest of the parties would be served by passing following order:-

O R D E R

I.

The order dated 15.5.2015 passed by this Court directing the parties to maintain status quo is continued till the main Original Application or the Misc. application / prayer for interim relief is decided by the Tribunal (whichever is earlier).

II.
