Facts giving rise to this application are that on 06.07.2020 at 5.00 pm the informant, her cousin and her father were assaulted by the applicant and other accused. The applicant is alleged to have delivered a blow of stick to Minakshi Khadke the mother of the informant on the basis of which offence punishable under Section 307, 324, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. came to be registered.

Heard Shri M.V. Salunke learned counsel for the applicant and Shri R.B. Bagul learned APP for the State.

On perusal of the FIR, it is seen that the only role attributed to the applicant is that she delivered a blow of stick to Minakshi Khadke the mother of the informant. Shri Bagul, on instructions, states that said Minakshi Khadke did not take medical treatment. Therefore, what injury said Minakshi sustained is not on record. In this view of the matter custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. The application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. [M.G.
