The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 4 and submits that in case the proposal is pending the authority would take decision on its own merit.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as a Peon (Exhibit-C) is pending with respondent no.4 then respondent no.4 shall take decision upon it on its own merit and in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within six months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
