Perused record of the investigation. It transpires that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to co - accused Vaibhav Sadashiv Sonwane in ABA No. 659/2020, by the order dated 24.08.2020. 3.

Going by the allegations being levelled against all the accused the role attributed to Vaibhav and the one attributed to the present applicant is exactly the same. Both have been stated to have assaulted the informant with kicks and fists. 4.

Consequently for the reasons mentioned in the order granting bail to Vaibhav, even the applicant is entitled to anticipatory bail.
