Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there are subsequent developments which are required to be referred to and seeks amendment to the writ petition.

Accordingly, civil application is granted in terms of prayer clause (B) so far as amendment is concerned.

Learned counsel for applicants apprehends action at the end of State Government at the behest of municipal council in order to cover up illegal acts of commission and omission while granting illegal lay-outs. Learned A.G.P. refers to that the matter is pending with Director of Town Planner and has not moved forward.

Learned counsel for applicants states that he would file a separate application seeking injunction on further action. It is for the applicants to decide as to how to go about same.
