Learned APP has placed on record CDR showing that present Applicant had made phone calls to the mother of the informant. It is the contention of the informant the in order to pressurize her for withdrawal of the complaint, the said calls were made.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant was unable to justify the said calls.

Act of the Applicant is clearly in breach of order of this Court and misuse of the liberty granted by this Court. Hence, even without going into the merits of the case, the application stands dismissed. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that

Learned APP opposed the said request.

6.

The misuse of the liberty by the Applicant disentitles him for continuation of interim protection. Hence, request is rejected.
