The applicants-original claimants in this application are seeking condonation of delay of 4730 days in fling the appeals, which according to them, has been caused due to their poor fnancial condition.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay. The acquiring body though served, but remained absent. 4.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 4730 days in the this application stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the period of aforesaid delay.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

The appeal be placed for admissions after removal of offce objections, if any.
