PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.1 to take decision on the appeal/representation tendered by the petitioner under section 5(2) of the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 on 24.4.2017 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today, after extending opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the parties concerned and it is accordingly directed. It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner and it would be open for the concerned Forum to consider the objections and pass appropriate orders. It would be open for the petitioner to apply for prescribing earlier date of hearing of the appeal/representation. With the direction as above, the writ petition is disposed of. ( K.L.
