By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks to quash and set aside the notice dated 5.5.2022 issued by the Tahsildar Raver, thereby directing to conduct the election of one member of the Village Panchayat, though according to the petitioner, there were two seats having fallen vacant. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that pursuant to the said notice elections are already held and results are also declared.
