Present Application has been filed for condoning the delay of 2190 days in filing review application.

Heard learned Advocate appearing for the respective parties.

Perusal of the application shows that the contempt petition was filed and then it was realized by the applicant that review needs to be filed. The applicant seeks review of order passed by this Court on 11th April 2018 in Writ Petition No. 2993 of 2017. We do not find any merit in the application. There is huge and inordinate delay, which has not been explained properly and therefore, the Application stands rejected.

Place the Contempt Petition for further consideration on 14th November 2024.
