Order fixing upset price dated 10th February, 2022 is challenged in this writ petition.

In terms of sub Rule (11) of Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, the upset price which is fixed, is valid for a period of six months. Admittedly, six months' period is over in the present matter.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. If the respondents want to

wp5807-22 auction the property, they will have to get the upset price fixed afresh.
