The Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B) as under:- "(B) This Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement Resolution No.286 dtd. 28.04.2024 passed by the Ld. Adhoc Committee for the purpose of issuing E-Tenders for the purpose of printing of Diaries and various Calendars for the year 2025 for Sale for which and estimated amount of Rs.2,72,62,650/- is required to be spent."

We have perused Resolution No.286. We find that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, who is the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee, has approved the said resolution.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
