The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos.3 to 7 submits on specific instructions, that the petitioner has already been relieved. He is, however, refusing to accept the reliving letter. He has not joined at the place of transfer. He has a statutory remedy available by approaching the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, he would approach the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad within ten days.
