The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, considering the conclusions drawn below paragraph Nos.112 to

7420.24wp (2) 114 of the Pune Municipal Corporation (supra), the Petitioners would avail of the remedy as is prescribed. The Petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition.
