This application seeks quashing of Crime No. 524 of 2014, registered at Kranti Chowk Police Station, Aurangabad against applicants for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Parties are present before the Court and are identified by their Advocates. Parties have settled the dispute. Applicants' Company has given demand draft of Rs.42 Lacs and odd to the complainant - Respondent No.2. In view of this, complainant wants to withdraw his allegations against the applicants. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. In view of this, application stands disposed of.
