The present matter is in await service category. Today, Mr. P.P.Mandlik appears for respondent nos. 1 to 4 i.e. Original claimants. Learned Counsel submits that in the present appeal, the appellant Insurance Company has challenged the order passed by the Tribunal under Section 140 of the Act. Learned Counsel further submitted that the original Claim Petition No.137/2015 has now been finally decided by the Tribunal on 13.9.2016 holding the appellant Insurance Company jointly and severally liable to pay the amount of compensation along with the driver and owner of the vehicle. Learned Counsel tendered across the Bar copy of the judgment passed in MACP No.137/2015.
