Mr. Dande, the learned Advocate for respondent No.3 submits that the petitioners had challenged the orders of transfer issued to them in the present writ petitions. The learned counsel submits that as no interim orders were passed, the petitioners had joined at the transferred place. The learned counsel further submits that now general transfers would be effectuated on 12th May, 2019.

The petitioners have given request applications to the respondent authorities to consider their request for transfer at nearby places. The said request applications are placed on record and copy of which is also issued to Mr. Dande, learned counsel for respondent No.3 Mr. Dande, the learned counsel submits that the respondents will consider these request applications given by the petitioner on their own merits.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have joined at the transferred places and subsequently they have made request applications for their transfer at some nearby place, the respondents shall take decision upon the request applications of the petitioner on their own merits on or before the general transfers are effected.

Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
