The learned counsel Mr. Patil, for the appellant/claimant along with appellant/claimant and learned counsel Mr. A. B. Gatne for the respondent No. 2 along with representative of the respondent No. 2/Insurance Company namely Mr. Rajendra Krishnaji Saitwal are present today.

The parties have amicably settled the claim. The learned counsel and the parties who are present have placed on record the terms of compromise. Same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit - X for identification.

With the assistance of the learned counsel, we have verified terms of settlement and identified the parties.

The respondent No. 2/Insurance Company is aggreeable to pay an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Fifty thousands only) to the appellants/claimants towards full and final settlement. The respondent/Insurance Co. shall deposit the said amount with the M.A.C.T. Ahmednagar within a period of six

(06) weeks from today. On depositing the said amount, the appellants shall be at liberty to withdraw the same along with accrued interest.

The first appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement Exhibit - X and today's minutes of order. 6.

The court fees be refunded as per rules.

7.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
