The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed representation with the Education Officer for grant of appropriate pay scale as Librarian, the same is not yet decided, though pending since the year 2018.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case, representation of the petitioner (Page 17) is pending with Education Officer, then Education Officer shall decide it in accordance with law and policy, after hearing all parties concerned, preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
