This is second application for bail filed by the applicant post filing of the charge sheet. Earlier one was withdrawn when the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief. True, the applicant has been behind the bars for about four years. He has been charged with committing murder of his wife. The Bail Application can be disposed of with a request to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of ten months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the trial court not be concluded within the time frame of ten months, the applicant would be at liberty to move for bail afresh. The Bail Application is disposed of accordingly. ( R. G.
