We have heard Mr. Gaware, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that considering the affidavit-in-reply, the transfer is a punitive one.

Mr. Gaware, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file Representation with the Management to consider the transfer of the petitioner at any other school. 3.

We dispose of the Writ Petition as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file representation to the Management. The Management, on receiving the representation, shall take decision on the said representation on its own merits. No costs.
