1] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that respondent no.2 Sheshrao Yadavrao Kardile is died on 1st July, 2011. Advocate Mr. Zarekar was representing respondent no.1 and 2 in appeal. Advocate Mr. Zarekar never informed to the learned counsel for the appellants about death of respondent no.2. Advocate Mr.Zarekar also died in the year 2018. Thereafter, applicants came to know about death of respondent no.2, hence, immediately applicants have filed this application.

2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants and reasons mentioned in the

327.20CA application, application is allowed. Delay for filing this application is condoned.

3] Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 4] Appellants to take steps within two weeks from today.
