Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, he had suffered serious injury to his right wrist, for which he had to undergo surgery.

Learned APP, on instructions, stated that the petitioner has undergone such surgery as claimed by him in a Hospital at Nallasopara (W). The petitioner is on Covid-19 Parole since March, 2021. Therefore, considering this, we are inclined to grant him time to aaa/-
