The Applicants, who are apprehending arrest at the hands of Latur Rural Police in connection with Crime No. 0058 of 2025 registered with Latur Rural Police Station, District Latur, for offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Section 143 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, have approached this Court by filing the present Application for Anticipatory Bail.

The Police received information that the brothel was being run in Pankaj Lodge owned by the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 765 of 2025 in partnership with the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 766 of 2025. The Police conducted the raid and found incriminating articles. During the inquiry, it was revealed that the Applicants were actively running the said brothel. Both the Applicants are named in the FIR. Considering the nature of offence, I am of the considered view that this is not a fit case to exercise the powers vested in this Court to grant Anticipatory Bail to the Applicants. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
[i] The Applications are dismissed.
