The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the appeal filed by the petitioners against the order of the Sub Divisional Officer for grant of tribe certificates is allowed. However, the Sub Divisional Officer has not yet issued the caste certificates to the petitioners of Koli Mahadev (Scheduled Tribe).

2] The learned AGP accepts service for all respondents and submits that the S.D.O. would comply with the order of the appellate authority.

3] In case respondent no.3 has not issued tribe certificates to the petitioners then respondent no.3 shall in accordance with the judgment delivered by the scrutiny committee in appeal filed by the petitioner (Exh.D collectively) shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioners within four weeks.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
