The appeal is said to have been filed on the question of quantum. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount in deposit, on submitting usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance 50% amount be invested in fixed 1 / 2
