In view of the submissions made, we direct the respondent Tahsildar, Shirpur, to arrange for the calibration of the vehicle including contents therein at the cost of the petitioner within three days from the date of communication of this order. 2.

Needless to clarify that if weight of the vehicle of the petitioner is found to be within the permissible limits, the respondent Tahsildar shall be at liberty to take decision of releasing the vehicle, in accordance with law.
