2] While deciding the delay condonation applications (Civil Application no.9038 of 2010 in FAST No. 15738 of 2010 and other connected Civil Applications), a conditional order was passed on 11th June, 2014, directing the present applicants to deposit the entire amount under the award within a period of twelve weeks from the date of that order. It is an admitted fact that the said order could not be complied with by the present applicants.

3] In the circumstances, all the present applications stand disposed of. However, liberty to file similar applications for grant of stay to the execution of the impugned award is granted to the applicants, as and when the exigency may arise.
