PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that his validation proceedings are not yet decided, though the same are referred in the year 1995.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that petitioner is required to file certain documents and because of the same the respondents have closed the file.

The petitioner states that in the year 1995 there was no requirement of Form - F and other necessary things.

The petitioner shall remain present with the respondent-Committee on 30.10.2018 and within

(2) 952-wp-5472-2015 four weeks from the date of the appearance shall comply all the requirements. The Committee shall thereafter decide the said proceeding expeditiously, preferably within a period of six

(06) months from the date of the appearance of the petitioner.

Till the validation proceedings are decided the respondent-employer shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner only on the ground that his validation proceedings are pending. The respondent can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceedings. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
