Involvement of the offending vehicle is in dispute in between the parties. However, at this stage I refrain myself from expressing anything on merits. Considering the nature of the litigation, permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 50% amount out of the compensation amount with accrued
(2) CA No.8509/2018 interest thereon, subject to furnishing solvent security for the withdrawn amount for satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial), within eight weeks from the date of this order. The remaining amount be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank. 3.
Registrar (Judicial) to act upon accordingly. 4.
