The applicant-original petitioner prays for bringing certain documents on record which according to the applicant are likely to assist this Court in the proper adjudication of the writ petition which is filed in 1999 and pending final hearing. 2.
Mr. Chaudhary, learned Counsel for the non-applicantsoriginal respondents relies on the affidavit in reply filed and S.S.DESHPANDE 1 / 2
921.CA.8422.14.doc opposes this application on the ground that none of these documents are relevant. So also, the validity certificates produced are subjudice before the learned Division Bench of this Court since they have been called in question. He therefore prays that this application be rejected.

Considering the above and the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to place on record in the writ petition the documents sought to be produced (page nos.6 to 31 of the civil application) alongwith an affidavit within a period of two weeks from today. After the said documents are brought on record in the writ petition, liberty to the respondent to file their additional affidavit in reply within a period of two weeks thereafter.
