The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that they have been issued with certificates but with incorrect spelling/nomenclature of the caste/tribe. Obviously, the Scrutiny Committee in all probability would refuse to consider this aspect if and when the matters would reach it.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already surrendered their original tribe certificates to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli, Dist. Nanded.

Writ Petitions are allowed. Since the original tribe certificates have already been surrendered, the Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli, Dist. Nanded shall issue fresh tribe certificates to these petitioners with correct spelling of the caste/tribe, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of four weeks.
