The learned Counsel for respondents and the learned Counsel for intervenor submits that the petitioner has remedy of appeal under clause 34 of the Government Resolution dated 3rd July, 2019. 2.

In light of that, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. 3.

The interim order passed by this Court on 7th September, 2020 is continued for a period of 15 days from today so as to enable the petitioner to approach the appellate authority and seek necessary relief. 4.

Needless to state, on lapse of 15 days, interim protection granted by this Court will come to an end.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
