The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would not seek an adjournment and if required, written notes would be submitted on the said date.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is disposed off by extending time upto 30.06.2023 to enable the Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner. Until then, the Petitioner would not be terminated only on the ground that his claim is pending.
