The petitioner seeks appointment on compassionate ground on account of death of father in the year - 2010 while in service. 2.

This court on 24.11.2017 issued fresh notice to the petitioner after the counsel for petitioner sought discharge. The fresh notice issued by this court is served upon the petitioner. The matter was listed on 3rd April, 2018. None appeared for the petitioner on the said date, still the court gave one more

2 wp 5518.12 opportunity and kept the matter on 17th April, 2018. On 17th April, 2018 also the petitioner did not appear. However, by way of last chance the matter was again adjourned to 18th June, 2018. 3.

Today also when the matter is called out none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.

Writ Petition, as such, is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
