The appeal arising out of the Award passed in the claim petition has been finally disposed of. The learned Counsel for the Corporation submitted that, the cheque of the compensation amount is received to him and the same will be deposited in this Court today during the course of the day. Smt Ansari the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that, in the meanwhile original claimant no.1 has expired. In the circumstances, request is made to remit the

The amount of compensation, which may be deposited by the Corporation, shall be paid to original claimant no.2.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
