Petitioner seeks direction against respondent No. 2 to decide her caste validation proceeding. According to petitioner, she is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. 2.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of both the respondents.

Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30th June, 2021. The petitioner has submitted the proposal very late i.e. in March, 2021. However, considering that the petitioner is exploring

- 2 - possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding before 30th August, 2021. 4.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
