The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition, as it is apparent from Section 257 of M.L.R. Code, 1966 that alternate efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner for redressal of his grievance qua the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad dated 19th March 2019. 2.

Leave is granted to withdraw the petition, which stands disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to approach the appropriate authority. 3.

The concerned authority is requested to consider the delay, if any, in filing revision and after giving due opportunity, disposed of the revision application as expeditiously as possible. 4.
