Order :-

1. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No. 1 and learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4.

Though Government Resolution dated 25-03-2015 is assailed, however, grounds for said challenge are not spelt out. In absence of grounds put forth for the challenge to said Government Resolution, it would not be possible to give any findings with regard to Government Resolution dated 25-03-2015.

Tender dated 02-05-2015 issued by respondent No. 4 is also challenged. We are also not considering the challenge to tender dated 02-05-2015 as now work is also completed by the person, who was given said work vide said tender, therefore, it would not be possible to consider the prayer of the petitioner.

The petitioner so chooses, may raise challenge, if occasion arises.
