The limited grievance of the Petitioner appears to be that pursuant to notice issued on 24.04.2025 with regard to hearing before the Respondent No.1/ Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, there is no hearing conducted and therefore, she is constrained to approach this Court. 2.

Mr. Jadhav has instructions to appear on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3. He submits that if hearing has not been conducted, it shall be conducted expeditiously so that the grievance of the Petitioner is addressed.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of by directing Respondent No.1 to conduct hearing and decide the complaint / grievance raised by the Petitioner within six weeks from today, if not already decided.
