By order dated 29.4.2019 this Court has disposed off the application fled by the present applicant bearing bail application no.452 of 2019 as withdrawn with the directions to the Trial Court to expedite the hearing of the case.

Learned APP has pointed out that though progress of the case is slow, however, the trial has already been commenced and the prosecution has examined the witnesses before the trial court. 3.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw aaa/-

BA 981.2020.odt this bail application. The learned counsel for the applicant, however, submits that, the applicant is in jail in connection with the present crime since long and, necessary directions may again be given to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the case.

Bail application is disposed off as withdrawn. The Trial Court is hereby directed to dispose off the case expeditiously, on priority basis, after the normal court functioning begins.
